  • Psychovocational assessments focus on an individual’s mental health and cognitive abilities along with any underlying conditions that may impact their ability to secure employment. This category includes assessments for learning disabilities, neurodeveopmental disorders such as Attention Deficit Hyperactivity Disorder, and other relevant diagnoses.

  • Clinical Counselling for employment readiness is designed to support clients in addressing mental health and stability challenges that may be hindering their ability to find or maintain employment.

At Solutions Vocational Wellness, we provide psychovocational assessment and clinical counselling services for individuals who are case-managed through WorkBC Employment Services. We receive referrals from multiple WorkBC Employment Services centres across Vancouver and Surrey. Clinical counselling is primarily offered via secure telehealth, while psychovocational assessments are conducted through a combination of telehealth and in-person appointments.
