Our services are available to clients who are case-managed through WorkBC, ensuring they receive specialized support tailored to their vocational and personal growth needs.

Provisional Psychologist and Manager
Chad holds a Doctor of Psychology (PsyD) in Clinical Psychology and specializes in psychovocational assessments for clients at WorkBC Employment Centres. He currently works under the supervision of Dr. Jasmine Irani, Registered Psychologist #2913.

Shasyaa Harsh

Shasyaa, who also goes by Shaz is a Counsellor and Professional Art Therapist. She takes a personalized, trauma-informed, and strength-based approach to therapy, grounded in humanistic values. Shaz supports clients navigating depression, anxiety, trauma, neurodivergence, life transitions, relationship and family challenges, and the challenging experiences of BIPOC and immigrant communities. She believes in each person’s capacity for change and works collaboratively to help clients build clarity, connection, and a sense of agency.

Christina Casperson

Christina (she/her) is a Clinical Counsellor who integrates Internal Family Systems (Level 2), Pain Reprocessing Therapy, EMDR, trauma-informed practices, and somatic modalities into her therapeutic work. She supports clients experiencing trauma, chronic pain, anxiety, stress, emotional dysregulation, and life transitions. Her approach is collaborative, compassionate, and non-pathologizing, with an emphasis on building inner safety, emotional regulation, and self-understanding. She incorporates evidence-informed strategies to help clients develop clarity, resilience, and a stronger sense of well-being.

Micah (he/him) holds a Master’s in Counselling Psychology from Adler University. He takes a holistic, trauma-informed, and collaborative approach to psychotherapy, drawing on Cognitive Behaviour Therapy, Dialectical Behaviour Therapy, and Adlerian theory. Micah supports clients navigating anxiety, ADHD, anger, depression, trauma, grief, substance use, self-esteem, identity, and relationship challenges.

Malvika (she/her) holds a Masters’s in Counselling Psychology from SNDT Women’s University in India. She specializes in Cognitive Behaviour Therapy and Rational Emotive Behaviour Therapy, supporting clients facing anxiety, depression, low-self worth, anger, stress, and other emotional and behavioural challenges. Malvika takes an empowering approach to therapy, helping individuals recognize their ability to shape their emotional experiences and create meaningful change in their lives.
